Anonymous FTP
Anonymous FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a method by which your guests can upload content (files) to an incoming directory, without you having to create a secured FTP account for them.

ASP
ActIve Server Pages, a server-side scripting technology by Microsoft. The files with an .ASP extension mix HTML and scripting code. Other popular server-side scripting languages are Perl, PHP, ColdFusion, TCL, Python, and JSP.

Attachement
A file containing some sort of data attached to an email.

Authentication
Used to confirm the identity of the other party involved in the data transmission.

Autoresponder
When someone sends an email to the address, the server automatically replies with a message of your choice. E.g. "We are on holiday". Just like a phone answering machine.
